Great photo! In my opinion the woman is interesting enough to drive the observers eyes to her instead of background. Thinking a little, in the woman all matches: blue bag, blue clothes, blue earings and hair band. She goes shoping in class while in the background there are old discolored buildings, urban chaos... Perhaps my imagination being silly.

В восьмом фотошопе есть такя функция shadows/highlite... с ее помощью надо попробовать вытащить лицо женщины из тени... иначе просто никак.. хотя фотка классная...
