Nice work overall, expressive and clear.
However I will have to agree with Arturo: there might either too much contrast or not enough brightness. You can barely see the eyes, that are the theme of the photo.
Great capture nevertheless

Thanks Dean. I appreciate your comments.
I believe that you need to calibrate your monitor since on my calibrated monitor face looks just fine. In addition, if you use laptop or flat LCD monitor then the picture should be darker then it is and with less quality.

You are very right, I just looked at this one on another screen, and picture looks completely different...no need for corrections...
