On the Gulf of Mexico last week. No color enhancement. Alenka came to mind from many of her travel photos being taken near water destinations.

Al, what a totally unexpected and pleasant surprise! smile ) You`ve hit the bullseye with this scene - certainly a location where I`d love to be. So reminiscent of my beloved travel destination - Cape Cod (though, I can count at most a couple of photos that involve water in my `portfolio` smile ) ). The color of the lounge chair is not I`d immediately associate with, but it works exquisitely in this image. Thanks so very very much, Al ! smile A virtual vacation just in time for new year`s. Thank you for such a thoughtful present smile )

ninety per cent of today`s world industrial output is futile redundant and unnecessary (i have to stress it somehow! that is why all these words)
but would this photo have been possible without this stupid abundance

i would also say that we should probably go for a different cropping option here
we can do without most of the sky for instance
