The lift of the ladies arms fits the catching of light for her to see better how to get her lipstick on. This is something very real and I do not know how you set your lighting but the powerful feeling of a window and direct lighting from behind the womwn has been created.
The lift of the arms just above the tops of the breasts is perfect for where her hands are and to give a very complimentary curve and roundness to the breasts themselves. The lighting on the breasts leaves alittle shadow curve which could come from an inside artificial light source. Again believability as a candid makes this nude exceptional and ingenious.
