The memorial cemetery Piskarevskoe in St.Petersburg. The spruces are planted along communal graves (on a background) with mass burial places of the inhabitants of the Leningrad, died for famine, a cold and bombardments during blockade of city (1941-1944, 900 days), and soldiers of the Leningrad front, victims within Great Domestic war of 1941-45. On the cemetery Piskarevskoe is based in communal graves 470 thousand of humans, mainly civilians.

Oh! I love this nice counterlight! Good silent mood in this shot! Would choose
a different cropping left and down however and some sharpness seem to be
missing!
