Sorry Ghita but again I do not think that this is one of your major shots.
The whole scenery looks very static almost not alive. There is no dynamic
or tension in this picture. The light is warm and nice, but the objects look like frozen at the same
time. Probably a" slow flash" on the dog would have lit his belly up and
bring him more to life. Anyway a frontal perspective is never a really good idea to
get a vivid and dynamic picture. It "frames" the scene too much so that it seems the
objects have to stop in front of imaginary borders. Better to cut some parts away so
it often looks then really out from life.
Hmm... I do like this image. Partially because it feels like a film still - a moment in time stopped for instance. It`s not often that I disagree with Rene, but it happens )
