This is absolutely breathtaking work, Mike! How you ever retained the subtle, intriguing details on the right hand side of the frame is beyond me. This has so many wonderful elements that my mind is trying to decide what to say first...I think I will just say `WOW` and add it to my favorites. smile

Great image! Superb technique... I`m bit concerned about left side.... don`t know what to do with it (tryed cropping myself - nothing works), but MHO it looks just a bit too heavy...

Очень красиво по цвету и здорово по настроению, но хотелось бы больше деталей.

the sun is too strong for me but what i do like is the sky - so soft and calm yet eloquent (to remember the poet) and the water low dispassionate at peace with all within and all without
besides - the suggestion incorporated in the buildings and boats
if there had been more than this suggestion of roofs and facades and masts and cabins and decks the sky would have been spoiled - too strong a light and details below for to sky to still stay paramount in the composition (i wonder if they all see it the same way or is it the screen here that gives me this feeling)
(no i don`t think so)
i do not like the scaffold because it speaks about how man conquers everything
and by doing that man destroys everything
sad
