It was a strange atmosphere,.... and if it was some other location, not my neighbourhood, I wouldn`t feel comfortable.

Mysterious and spooky looking ! Interesting with the long exposure the car must have drove off with no headlights only foot on the brake since there is no white light. Nice shot
No, headlights were on. But, exposure started when back part of the car was right in front of the camera, so we had no chance to see headlights 
What , and no romance in the foggy shadows?
