Great, great, great!! Truly excellent. For some reason I thought it must be London even before reading your comment. Well, I suppose it`s not hard to guess. But I also feel I can take a shot at the location - is it Speaker`s Corner by any chance?
Here, the warm, spring-like colors and soft lighting render the scene itself inviting and warm. The diagonal of the lady`s positioning frames the image beautifully. The echoing of flesh tones is delightful -- from her folded hand to the hands of one of the boys and a bit of the leg showing through his cut jeans. It is precisely his hands that make the overall atmosphere `innocent` and adorable somehow. The way he`s gently cupping that object - there`s something very intimate in that gesture... Also, childlike.. There`s this sense of peaceful coexistence that`s almost idyllic. The blues of the sky serve as fitting background and the faces and silhoettes in the background certainly add to the image. Wow, wow, what an enriching, inspiring photograph. More, please
Yes Alenka, it is speakers corner in spring. By any reason I was "forced" to fly via London 3 years in a row in the month of April. I have some more I have never shown.
