Down below in the valley, Spring already is there with the first flowering trees and a sunny day ... Then one takes small craggy roads to climb to the plateau. Aubrac, another world. A deserted and sorry region. Frost, snow, a violent wind that pushes me while I take photos. It was yesterday, Thursday 1st of March... Imagine, in the Middle Ages the pilgrims of Compostelle that crossed these inhospitable places.. The night which falls quickly, the thick snow, the gusts of wind and snow, the screams of the wolves... In the far the bell of a monastery that rings the whole night to bring back on the good way the travelers getting lost. This is Aubrac...
