There is no way to refuse myself to taste a pancake:)
The pancakes are the traditional course of Shrovetide. Russian pancakes have special consistency: soft, loose, chubby, light, porous as a sponge and semi-see-through. This pancake can easily absorb the butter or a sour cream and therefore it's very tasty. Usually pancakes are eaten with caviar and salted fish and also with a sour cream, with honey.
In the Russia the pancake is the simbol of a spring sun, rich harvest.

Очень милая фотография! Только на общей странице, название сокращается до "Невозможно отказаться от бл.." - и невольно возникает вопрос - это где ж такие стоят smile )
