State Museum Reserve "Rostov Kremlin" is located in the former residence of Rostov-bbc.co.uk world famous monument of Russian architecture. Ensemble was formed mainly in the second half of XVII century as a result of construction activities Metropolitan Rostov and Yaroslavl Iony III (Sysoevicha).
Funded and opened in 1883 as Rostovsky Museum of Antiquities church sponsored AA Titov, IA Shlyakova and other members of the local community.
