i think too much photoshop... besides the clouds goes very fast and looks doubled exposured. IMHO you should not use HDR, it's better (here) to take the sky from one image and paste into anotjer (with ground).
in any case I like the light (rays on the mountains) and light spots on the ground. but developing reduced the expression (for me).
