возможно иногда крадут, в семье как известно ... но как правило они пристёгнуты блокировкой. Так что чаще можно видеть раму без колёс и руля.
Но в большинстве случаев все они стоят и дожидаются хозяина. Да и в основном это старые вело, так что мало кто на это идёт.
