Day of the Navy in Severomorsk, Part 3.

After the commander of the Northern Fleet welcome all personnel on the roads (but before the orderly movement of large masses of iron in the water, called marine parade), he arrives at the seaside area, where the pedestrian parade of the different garrisons Fleet.
