While walking along an empty beach, I noticed thing serene scene so I took an image of it. I fitted an orage-red filter in to darken the sky.

I love your vision and your compositional skills! Good use of the filter. One thing... I would consider cloning out the jet vapor trail in the upper left hand corner. Somehow it makes me think of noise... which the rest of the photo does not. wink

I am glad that you named it simple because I wouldn`t want to use the word and have it misunderstood. - The simplicity of this photo is its endearing quality. It is also easy for the imagination to put the viewer right there on that bench enjoying the day. Good lines and nice composition.
