Great framing and wonderful lighting. Technical perfect. Excellent photograph. My congratulations, Jose Luis Calleiras
Wonderful capture, great colours and details.
good photos
Great capture, very nice bird congrats!
Very nice work, regards!
The composition of this is wonderful...and how you had time to do it is a wonder! Beautiful details and colors. WOW!
Beautiful shot!
Brilliant picture, a Kingfisher is hard to capture. Unfortunatly I think I can see too many signs of editing, is it a scan of the original photo? It looks cut and paste and if so you must have spent a long time trying to get it right. Touching up a photo is ok but i see more than touchup, some parts of the black background are part of the image (no definable contrast in the greyscale/contrast) and the branch it is on has a harsh white line in the lower section. Secondly watch the title, with a fish in its beak its not `Theatening` ( I fell down on this with a title `LooKING forward` and a comment ` And is it possible to look forward and to drowse at the same time`, my subjects eyes apeear closed). I apologise for the negative mark on technique if the photo is original.
Thanks for your comment.
This photo and the another called "Alcedo Atthis" havenґt been editing. They are in their original form, except that they were scanned from a magazine where they had been published (Natura magazzine).
Best regards.
Excellent capture!!!!

Congrats!
Really magnificent photo from life of birds!
