This kingfisher has just caught a little fish and another kingfisher has just invaded his fishing territory, in order to expel the intruder it has adopted a threatening posture.

Brilliant picture, a Kingfisher is hard to capture. Unfortunatly I think I can see too many signs of editing, is it a scan of the original photo? It looks cut and paste and if so you must have spent a long time trying to get it right. Touching up a photo is ok but i see more than touchup, some parts of the black background are part of the image (no definable contrast in the greyscale/contrast) and the branch it is on has a harsh white line in the lower section. Secondly watch the title, with a fish in its beak its not `Theatening` ( I fell down on this with a title `LooKING forward` and a comment ` And is it possible to look forward and to drowse at the same time`, my subjects eyes apeear closed). I apologise for the negative mark on technique if the photo is original.

This photo and the another called "Alcedo Atthis" havenґt been editing. They are in their original form, except that they were scanned from a magazine where they had been published (Natura magazzine).
