I was at this place about 30 years ago. I did a rucksack tour of Israel. It was fantastic. I crossed the whole country from Akko to Eilat, from Ein Gedi and the Red sea to the hights above the sea of Galilee. A very beautiful country!

Yes, probably many things have changed. I liked the old part of Jerusalem a lot. It is very beautiful. I stayed in a youth hostel in Meah Shearim and the Jewish people there really thought I was Jewish too because my name is Danny (Daniel). I could not convince them that it was just an ordinary name in Belgium.

I also remember seeing the new James Bond film at the movies in Tel Aviv. A long time ago....
