Wonderful scene! Wise use of wide angle lens created a sense of motion toward the vanishing point, even though fast shutter stopped the water motion. For me, the sky is too bright... It wants to take viewer's attention away fromdramatic sea and land... Perhaps darken it? Better, crop half of sky off, which would also move horizon off the center and add to dynamism of image.

I preserved the entire image because IMHO the sky/the clouds
give their contribute to perspective and dynamism....
