I would concentrate only for that red windmill and nameplate. Now there`s too much bright areas and no good place for eye

I would have just focussed on the mill. I think it would take all the noise such as people, car trafic signals. But the technique would be the same. The impact and the composition would increase that way. Go back and do it again:)
