Very well chosen shutter speed!
If I am allowed to say, in my humble opinion a little red reduction would make the picture even better (but of course, that is all personal taste).

Excellent catch!! I`m not very knowledgeable about birds, but this little one looks to be quite unique. The markings are brilliant and must have required perfect timing to catch it with feathers furled to show the colorful ones underneath. It looks like a difficult one to accomplish. And you`ve done a great job at doing just that!! Congrats!
