Franco Cappellari, was born in Venafro (Italy) where he’s actually from 1958. He’s first approach to photography in 1980 after having an economic reflex for present. He is a self-taught man. After a first technical apprenticeship with colours he choices black and white photography, that the thinks is more expressive than colours. He always takes a strong interest in local realities and in naturalistic photography and landscapes. In these years he works for few national weekly magazines, Espresso, Corriere delle Telecomunicazioni etc., and he joined in several publications giving his iconographical resurces. Since 1996 he is member of the F.I.A.F. (Italian Federation Photographic Associations). In 2000 is was one of promoting partners of Venafro’s Photography Club “I Campanili”
