What in this picture the main thing?
If the tower of parliament - that she(it) too in a corner of a composition, yes to same a tower is inevitably filled up (falls) as photographed under a corner to a horizontal surface (have lifted an objective upwards).
If wanted to find room for all building of parliament from the end of a spike up to a subfoundation - that was necessary to measure an exposition - all that is below a tower is shipped in darkness (very darkly).
Machines in the foreground are not necessary absolutely - at a level of a top of a street lantern (fixture) the horizontal strip is visible (likely an electricity cable) on this strip it was necessary to cut off a picture from below.
Moreover - if to extend the sky - and that it is dim - it would turn out a picture " the Sky above Big Benn ".
Do not take offence concerning severe criticism. Successes...
