Very interesting work. Sometimes it`s very interesting then the author explains how such a picture/work is created.

No problem. It`s a rime "particle" shot with a good macro lens - Canon MP-E65 and a good camera - Canon D60. The reflection of the eye of a "beholder" is the only PS trick.
