Great composition, lighting is perfect, horizon fine
Tis a beauty, Greg..:)
Ahhhh!...thank you, Greg. I was starting to go through `Sawhill` withdrawal. I almost feel like I have been there through viewing your wonderful photos.
Well, thanks for the comments - this image came out crooked but was the best of what I shot that night - so I had to tilt it and crop it - I keep thinking I notice that kind of thing and don`t - enough was salvaged to make a good sized print, but I was lucky.
Sandra - The interesting thing is - that the place itself is rather ordinary looking - very dry and brown this year - many of the ponds have dried up - and yet a little bit of light and it was a gift for a few minutes - there was a quote on th site a few days back about the light being the only thing that is important.
Superb shot Greg, the clouds reflections in the foreground form a balanced composition.
Fantastic shot, Greg! Great composition with wonderful colors - a Beauty! Top quality image!
The combinanciones of distinct elements handled with success, pleasant images they offer us, as this. The play of the angular great lenses, the water, the heaven, the reflections and as reference of division, the horizon, they obtain to do it. Congratulations, Greg
Thanks to all of you for these comments - a 14mm lens can transform the usual into the unusual - like being able to push and pull the subjects until they speak the way the mind sees them
Thanks for W!W!W! - don`t exactly know what it means but it seems pretty nice
Wonderful photo, why didn´t I make this ?? ))
