Some remarks regarding composition:

At the bootom it is possible to guess a road but impossible to see it. It is necessary, IMHO to choose more clear: the road should be visible clearly or unvisible at all.

(Внизу кадра - угадывается дорога, но не видна. Нужно, ИМХО, чтобы что-то одно было: либо видна, либо "не угадывалась". )

At the top - too many the same information (I mean grey clouds). It is necessary, IMHO, to crop the top line until the binding of the lower wire to post.

(Вверху кадра - слишkом много повторяющейся информации. Иными словами, просится откадрировать до крепления нижнего провода к столбу.)
