Thank you for your kind attention to my work David! It was really my first image created in PS. I used standard filters and functionalities after taking a shot of a rose. Filter/ Render/ Lightning effects/ Style: Blue Omni. After that I used Image/ Liquify and different brushes of the functionality to create birds.
