Just a note that this shot was taken indoors, no flash (hate flash) and I felt the blue background brought out his eyes more, it was one shot, I consider myself a "snapshot" photographer as I never use a tripod etc , thank you for your kind comments

This portrait is wonderful.
I just wonder if you cut off the top of the head on purpose. I think it`ll be better with the whole head like in your other fantastic portrait "sunshine". But perhaps you have a symbolic reason for doing that, I would like to know. Anyway-a fine expressive photo.
