Very nice shot Ainars... IMHO I think you had two small problems: composition and digitalization.
Composition: you got too much of an uninteresting sky and you could also have given more impact to your photo if you got more of the left botton object.
Digitalization: ended up creating too much grain to your already grainy (ISO400) shot.
The idea was great... Keep shooting
Nice composition. What a pitty, that the image is a little bit grainy. I know that problem with scanning and I think the original photography was much better.
