good exposure sharp. But what kills this images is that its not straight use a tripod to correct this problem in ther future
...or use PS, very easy
Tripod does not garantee that horizon will be straight unless you have a bubble level attached on the camera.

I don`t like the fact that it`s vertical shot, I believe that panoramic shot would be much better in this case since you had that little boat in your frame. Also, the horizon is tilted to the left.
