Это динамическая сцена и то что она не в центре - правильно, это подчеркивает направление движения.

This is a delightful photo. You have included enough of the background to give us a sense of environment. The blurred hand and the flowing hair gives us a sense of a moving child. Your colour is spot on for the light. It might have been stronger to include the total of both arms, however that is hard to do with a moving child.
