Great shot Vladimir, beautiful composition.
There is couple of problems I think you have used PS too much and it looks that your lens was dirty at the time of shooting.

well yes there is a lot of PS!! the lens wasn`t dirty only the shot of the city was made thru the front glass of the car and i got the sky from the other photo!
i got the original of this photo here
