The composition shows trouble in my opinion because the tree is in front of the animal. I don`t liked. I like more the note than the picture. Anyway, I think that is a good picture.

I agree with daniel here. There`s lack of exposure and therefore the image is burnt. Also you have some lack of focus. However your it has some potential, IMO.
