Taken in "Die Klein Karoo" in a town called Nieu Bethesda, home of the late and eccentric Artist , Helen Martins, creator of "The Owlhouse"...and thank you all who comment on my work but due to extremely high internet costs over here I am unable to reply to all..thank you

Thankyou, for anyone who is interested, they can look up the work of Helen Martins on the net, under "The Owlhouse" or just Helen Martins, she was a fascinating person, never made a cent for her creations, a true artist in every sense, although most folk considered her quite mad.....( She has my admiration and respect) and I consider "Miss Helen" as they called her a great inspiration...

Thank you Norman for your kind comment, the quality of work on this website is overall, outstanding and after looking and trying out many others, this one, I feel has the most promise and offers constructive criticism above all, although I studied photography 20 years ago, was a painter, then have gone back to photography, the medium of digital is so different and love the new challenge.
