Atlas is the name of the giant known as the one who held up the Heavens( the Heavenly Vault) on his shoulders!
This is one of the twelve works of Lee Lawrie at Rockefeller Center and can be seen at the main entrance of the International Building.
It`s a bronze statue with 1.800 kilograms of weight.
