Aside from the lines, shadows, colors and the sheer visual appeal of it all, I`m most touched by the protective, caressing gesture of the tree towards the window, or, better - the entire house. This image, like others in the series, speak more about the nature and the very essence of the region they capture than encyclopedias. Sensitive work, Rene!
