I like the balance. The static crowd on the right, against the movement of the accordionist on the left. He must have been good to keep the onlookers still in such cold weather.

Всё же,по-моему,что-то не так.Главный герой "размыт" и всё внимание уходит на группу людей(статичную).Не очень удачно столб продолжает линию сумки,деля кадр надвое.Резкости бы прибавить.
