I like the light and shadow game in the bottom half of the picture. I would even crop it that way (try the idea! smile ) ).
The second thing I would accent is: well seen rows of hills from the center to the top. This is not really good (that is why I would cut this part out).
Are you sure this is winter? It looks like sand smile
