SUNDIAL - will consist of a dial and a core, a shadow from which, moving on a dial owing to movement of the Sun on the sky, shows true solar time.
Daily observing after hours, it is possible to notice, that in the spring they will hasten, and in the autumn to lag behind. Why? The matter is that the Earth rotates around of the Sun not on circular, and on an elliptic orbit, and duration of day varies. For this reason once in 7-10 days the exact times is necessary to verify hours on a signal and to correct.
