Beautiful, pity about the wires.
Dreamlike colors and illumination. The electric wires desturb the beauty of composition, but you couldn`t cut them for shooting this photo

correction
a 1997 estimate shows that satu mare has a population of around 129,886 which is to say the town is nowhere near the `largest town in NE-Romania` as your notes say (baia mare for instance that can be found in a number of your other `postcards` - and is something like sixty kilometers east from satu mare - has about twenty thousand as many inhabitants)
but it does not really matter (does it) since if we look at this shot (or travel there in the flesh - if we are as fortunate - as foreigners - as to manage that) we could say that the place is not much different from what we see elsewhere in that part of the country (romania)
the buildings - all - could be about the same the square too the sparse vegetation
even the - indeed - disgusting wires (that could easily be removed from the shot thanks to the simplest of computer programmes)
