One of our best poets, Discepolo, said once: tango is a melancholic thought that can be danced…. And when I saw at La Boca this funny window, all colourful and with that skeleton, one of his tangos came to my mind…
A Cambalache is a shop were all kind of used goods can be sold…
In the middle of the crisis at 30’s, he wrote..

Like in the disrespectful window
of the cambalache
life is mixed up,
and wounded by a rivet less sword
you can see a Bible crying
against a water heater.
Twentieth century, a cambalache
problematic and febril!
If you don't cry you don't get fed

But then, I remember other beautiful verses, from another tango, another author, Ferrer, about death…

I will die at Buenos Aires, at dawn
As that is the hour for those who know how to die…
it will float, in my silence, the fragrant anger
from that verse that I never succeed to tell you…
I will die at Buenos Aires, at dawn..
I will mildly keep the life’s things:
mi little poetry from farewells and bullets,
my tobacco, my tango and my bunch of spleen…

A photograph in harmony with the tango, the music, the words,, the nostalgia of tango.... in harmony with soul. I like the nice shade of the balcony, this skeleton seen through the window... I like these colors. I love all...
