notes:
From the raptor presentation at Castle Rosenburg in Lower-Austria a close-up of the Bald Eagle (Haliaeetus Leucocephalus) looking for his prey. The prey used is a tool called "Federspiel" which consists of a leather-body with feathers of the bird the Eagle is trained to hunt. Itґs mounted at the end of a long rope and swung in a way that the Eagle thinks itґs a living bird he can hunt.

Fascinating expression, but the picture seems to be a little bit out of balance.
Personally, I'd try a version with more sky cropping off part of the bottom and the left, or, alternatively cropping so much of the blue space on the right that the eye is moved into the "golden cut" on the right.

Beautiful, proud bird. The sight of a predator looking out extraction is well transferred. Excellent light and a colour rendition!
Regards.
