The Los Angeles County Arboretum has been home to many historic events or movies. The Arboretum was donated to the city of Arcadia in the early 1920's. It belonged to the estate of " Lucky " Baldwin. On of the last great land holders of California . It was also the home of the first " Tarzan " movies. It then moved on to become the home for the TV Series , " Fantasy Island ". It has a long and rich history , and it is good to go and see this little known place when in the Los Angeles area !
