I found this nice statuette on the hood of the Packard, nice 6.3 Liter, 145 H.P., 7 passenger touring car. It was build in 1934 on the Packard Motor Car Co., Detroit, Michigan. Please click on this image if you would like to see it on black, which, I think, will be the best way to see.
