Almost got arrested taking this photo... Always the same crap!! "- You are using a speed above the limit...!!!" But I have used 1/15s, it was not even 1/30s...

Nice composition, but is it a little camera shake at 1/15 or a bad scan? Anyway, it is a striking shot.
