Experts with confidence assert(approve), that Tunis is the happy owner of one of the best collections of mosaics in the world. Clearly, that this collection is not stored(kept) in one place, and "scattered" on all country. However the majority of mosaics are on display in the Museum of Bordeaux, a former palace беев in suburb of capital of Tunis. Local assembly of the Roman mosaics - one of the largest in the world, even if not the largest. The majority of the Tunisian mosaics belong to III and to IV centuries - to "Golden Age" of this art. They represent much - both hunting, and games, both gods, and heroes - all were embodied by the unknown masters who have created amazing beauty.
