Традиционно считается, что вода должна становиться все резче с увеличением расстояния при допустимой смазанности переднего плана. Достигается подбором оптимальной выдержки. В данном случае смазано все, в том числе и неподвижные объекты, поэтому, увы, снимок классическим не назовешь.
