This looks like a portuguese landscape to me .....
And the word DESCANSO means REST in portuguese.....!!

Fantastic light and colours. This room of trunks and leafs has a aquarell-ish quality that`s beyond photography. As taken from a fairy tale. Magnificent. A favourite.

This is a very interesting photograph. I don`t know if anyone else noticed it or not but this photo caught my attention when I viewed the thumbnail. There I could see a man`s face hidden in the trees. Does anyone else see it? It disappeared when viewing the enlarged photo. The colors in this photo are very painterly. Also while studying the larger version, I can see a mountain lion`s face in the left-hand lower corner. Study this picture long enough and I`ll bet other fantasy subjects would come into view!
