Quite interesting photo... But I would use the vertical shot to frame this scene. The composition would be tighter, his briefcase would be completely in a frame (It's a very important part of his life )), and we still would be able to see both lanes of the road.

Great shot! I love the colors, the angle, the composition. The people (crossing the street?) on the right are a little distracting. Without them I think the picture would have been PERFECT (I like the horizontal view!)
