I don`t like these frames a lot, but this was well in this very pretty landscape.

I also feel that ornate frames tend to detract rather than add to a photo. But in this rare case, I found that the frame color brought out the sunset reflection in the road just a bit. Even better than a plain mat. Without it, the picture appeared too dark below the horizon and the road reflection was lost. So I decided to be daring and keep the frame!
